Unlock the Essence
Delay and the first step

You know what you need to do, but you can't start? The problem may not be knowledge.

When you know what needs to be done and still remain stuck, it is worth checking whether the beginning has become too heavy. Reduce the task to one move you can actually start.

The opening sentence will be prepared in Conversation. You can edit it before sending.

Example questions

“I know what I need to do, but I can't start.”
“I keep delaying the first step.”
“One step without forcing myself.”

Why aren't you starting?

You may not be waiting for more information, but for a beginning with less pressure. If starting carries the expectation that you must finish everything immediately, delaying it can become easier.

What is the smallest entry point?

The smallest entry point might be opening the document, writing the first sentence, sending a short message, preparing the space or setting an exact time. The goal is not the result yet, but movement.

How can you ask?

In the app, you can write: "I know what I need to do, but I can't start" or "I need one step without forcing myself."
