Should you keep going or let go?
When you do not know whether to continue or let go, it is not enough to look only at how much you care. It helps to see what is actually keeping you there: value, possibility, fear, habit or guilt.
Example questions
What is keeping you there?
If what keeps you there is value, meaning or a realistic possibility that something can move, there may still be room to continue. If it is only fear or the need not to make a mistake, you may be continuing from pressure rather than direction.
What would letting go mean?
Letting go does not have to mean you do not care. Sometimes it means you stop investing energy where there is no longer a living direction.
How can Unlock help?
You can ask: "Should I keep going or let go?" or "What is creating the pressure?" and use the answer to find a clearer criterion without forcing an immediate final decision.
