How Unlock processes data used in the app and public flows.

Who can use public flows and an account?

Public registration and Growth flows are intended for people who are at least 16 years old. Date of birth is used for age checking and Personal Code calculation.

Account and personal features

The account date of birth remains in the profile because it enables Personal Code, daily views, and Personal Insights. Conversations, completed Personal Insights, plan status, and deliberately saved Records are linked to your account.

Your rights and a copy of your data

Profile includes controls for downloading an available copy of your account data and starting account deletion. Individual conversations and Records can be removed separately when you no longer need them.

Mini Overlap and referral data

A name or nickname is optional. Date of birth entered in the Growth flow is used while calculating the Code and is not written into referral tables.

A referral record may contain a random token and its hash, a session hash, Code number, optional name or nickname, selected relationship type, timestamps, and whether consent was given.

The sender sees the recipient's name only if the recipient entered it and explicitly approved the shared view. A public pair link shows Codes and Mini Overlap without names or dates of birth.

Name, date of birth, and answers are not part of the Mini Overlap OpenAI request. Referral invitations and connected data are kept for no more than 180 days unless removed earlier.

Analytics, purchases, and technical data

Analytics is enabled only after consent when that option is active. Plan activation uses the information needed to confirm a purchase. Technical logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and reliable operation.
