Fatigue, rest and pressure

You're tired, but you can't stop?

Sometimes the difficulty is not only fatigue, but the feeling that you are not allowed to pause. In conversation, you can check whether you need rest, a smaller continuation or a clearer separation of obligations.

Example questions

“I'm tired, but I can't stop.”
“Rest without guilt.”
“Am I resting or avoiding this?”

What is creating the pressure?

Both fatigue and the fear that something will fall apart if you stop can add pressure. Rest can then feel like a mistake, even when a pause may help you return more calmly.

Rest or avoidance?

If you are exhausted and everything requires force, rest is not the same as running away. If the main obstacle is the first step rather than actual fatigue, you may need the smallest possible entry point. The difference is in what gives you more clarity afterward.

How do you begin?

Write in the app: "I'm tired, but I can't stop" or "Am I resting or avoiding this?" and use the response to find a practical criterion for today's next step.
