Today and My rhythm
The daily focus and the broader period are not the same thing.
The daily layer changes from day to day. In the 13-day rhythm, the period theme remains the same while today’s angle changes. You can set an intention, record only the days when you actually save something, and complete a reflection at the end.
You do not have to record every day. You can follow the period even if you take a break.
Conversation, Insights, and Records
Use the level that fits what you need.
Conversation helps clarify a specific topic. Use a Personal Insight when you want a more complete report. Only what you choose to save goes into Records.
The free My rhythm card already gives you the period theme. My current cycle is useful when you connect it with your situation or intention.
Your choice remains central
Unlock offers direction, but it does not make the decision for you.
You choose which features to use, what to save, and what feels useful in a response. Unlock does not predict events, reveal other people’s hidden intentions, or replace professional or emergency help.
